Nordea ID app provides a convenient and secure method for authenticating your identity. This app allows you to perform banking activities anytime and anywhere. To begin, simply install the app on your mobile device and go through the activation process. It is advisable not to rely on a single copy of the Nordea ID app. In the unfortunate event that your phone or tablet malfunctions or is lost, you will lose access to the app and need to repeat the activation process. To avoid this inconvenience, it is recommended that you install the Nordea ID app on multiple mobile devices.

The Nordea ID app offers several useful features:

• Easy login to Nordea services with the ability to confirm actions.
• Secure confirmation of online payments.
• Identification verification for personal customers using other service providers' services (currently available only in Finland and Norway).
• Identification verification when contacting Nordea Customer Service (currently available only in Finland and Norway).

Please note that for security reasons, the app cannot be used on rooted mobile devices.
